We have a great opportunity if you are looking for a career in the Railway, we are currently recruiting for a Train Presentation Manager for Hertfordshire covering Letchworth & Welwyn Garden City.
You will…….
Manage and lead a team of train presentation staff safely to consistently deliver high levels of train cleaning, servicing and sanding activities within budget to meet franchise objectives, especially Customer Experience Measures (SQR, CSat & NPS) annual targets.

- Experience of working at a management level in a depot environment.
- Practical experience in train cleaning and servicing techniques and procedures.
- Experience in the successful delivery of train presentation activities with a demonstrable track record of results and achievements.
We require from you…..
- A strong knowledge in train cleaning and servicing practices and procedures.
- A sound knowledge of GTR policies and procedures.
- A sound knowledge of Statutory Health & Safety requirements including COSHH.
- A sound knowledge of Quality and Environmental Management systems.
- A good understanding of railway operating and safety standards, rules, instructions and legislation.
- Sound knowledge of the GTR network, Rail Industry and key stakeholders.
- Good working knowledge of asset management systems such as RTS, Maximo, Asset-Pro, and other IT systems e.g. Genius-Trent, Web Gemini etc.
- Strong understanding of customer experience-service quality internal & external audit regimes such as SQR, CSAT, Net Promoter Scores etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Building solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strategic thinking, self-motivated, ability to organise, prioritise and meet deadlines working in a pressurised environment.
- Excellent leadership and motivation skills and strong in people management.
- Interpretation of procedures and ability to compile reports.
- Competent IT skills, use of Microsoft software packages including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong in data analysis, attention to detail, collation and reporting/presentation skills.
- Personal Track Safety
- Strong in pro-active working and problem solving.
