We have an exciting opportunity for a new role Revenue Protection Operations Manager, The successful applicant will report to the Senior Revenue Protection Manager.
About the role:-
Reporting to the Revenue Protection Planning and Delivery Manager, this post holder will have responsibility for the overall deployment of operational revenue protection teams. The role holder will create and deliver the associated data led operational plans that are aligned to the Revenue Protection Strategy, ensuring that they are delivered within budgetary limits and contribute in a significant way to meeting our ticketless travel targets.
The role holder will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that these planned operations are a success and scheduled throughout the year. They will also be responsible for reporting and sharing the learns and successes from the operations, including gathering feedback and intelligence from the local teams.
A strong communicator, they will be able to translate strategy into tactical plans and then into live operations and ensure that revenue protection employees are engaged in delivering a successful operation. The role will also support the Senior Revenue Protection Manager in the writing of business cases to support the delivery of the strategy.
