PA to Train Services Directors (3253)

We are looking for someone who can provide high quality Administrative Support to the Train Services Directors
Within this role you will:-
- Manage and organise the busy and changing diaries for the Directors, prioritising meetings in line with the Directors priorities.
- Organise and plan ahead, reviewing and anticipating what the Directors will need, in order to facilitate the effective delivery of their work.
- Timely and efficient delivery of administration tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
- Provision of high-quality minutes to meetings, KPI reports, presentations and training admin support.
- High quality, accurate records maintained.
- Engage with a variety of tasks and assist with the planning and preparation of events / conferences / team away days and other ad-hoc project support.
- Provide high quality admin support, including: purchase orders, attendance sheets, annual leave rotas, expenses, handling correspondence and phone calls.
- Organise and co-ordinate both internal and external meetings.
- Maintaining departmental training needs database.
- Diary management of management team members.
- Assist Train Services Director's areas with Level 1 performance incidents including delay investigation/attribution using appropriate systems and obtaining reports to meet contractual timescales; and assist with the production of performance Visualisation Boards.
- Complete other duties as required by the Train Services Directors.
