Well, look no further as we are looking to recruit a Joint Network Operations and Performance Director - based at Monument Place, with frequent travel to Puddle Dock and Three Bridges Rail Operating Centre
About the role:-
This role is to be the guiding mind at the Three Bridge Route Operations Centre, on all elements of operations, directly leading a team from both GTR and Network Rail.
Responsible for designing and implementing joint operations strategies that balance the needs of GTR/NR businesses, our client, and our stakeholders.
Responsible for the identification, production, and implementation of business plans to improve customer satisfaction by delivering a consistently on-time reliable trains service across the Sussex Region and in collaboration with the other 7 Network Rail routes that GTR operate across.
Ultimately owns the Joint Performance Improvement Management Systema and the Joint Performance Strategy, both between GTR and NR.
Do you have:-
- Excellent knowledge of railway operations spanning TOC and NR responsibilities
- Excellent knowledge of railway performance regimes and performance management
Can you bring:-
- Experience of operational management across drivers, stations, operations
- Experience of leading disparate teams across remote sites
- Experience of influencing senior leaders
