As a Team Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the TLGN Management teams by delivering high-quality administrative and coordination support. You'll be a trusted point of contact, ensuring processes run efficiently, data is accurate, and key commitments are met—all while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality.

🎯 What Success Looks Like?
In this role, you will:
- Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of administrative tasks, keeping the department operating smoothly
- Produce high-quality meeting minutes, KPI reports, and provide sickness and training administration support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across multiple systems
- Support the business by ensuring items are distributed on time and in line with safety and compliance regulations
- Analyse data to ensure staff availability and reporting requirements are met
- Assist with NRC reporting, ensuring all commitments and procedures are understood and fulfilled
- Handle all information with absolute confidentiality and professionalism
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
You'll be responsible for a wide range of administrative and coordination activities, including:
- Providing comprehensive admin support such as purchase orders, attendance records, annual leave rotas, expenses, and handling correspondence and calls
- Organising and coordinating internal and external meetings
- Producing and delivering KPI reports covering performance, Schedule 17, sickness, and complaints
- Maintaining the departmental training needs database
- Managing diaries for members of the management team
- Supporting period-end reporting
- Taking on additional tasks as required by the Business Support Manager
